As Studio Lentala B.V. highly values your privacy, we comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (further: GDPR). This means that we: 

Clearly set down our purposes through this privacy notice before we process your personal data; 

Store as little personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes; 

Explicitly seek consent to the processing of your personal data, should consent be required; 

Take any required security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties processing personal data for us; 

Respect your rights, such as the right to access, rectification or deletion of your personal data processed with us. 

Your data are safe with us and we will use them properly at all times. In this privacy statement, we explain everything we do with information we learn about you at the Slinger company.

Contact form 

The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. We use your name, e-mail address and the name of your organisation for this.

We have a legitimate interest in this and will keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and for three months subsequently. This allows us to easily refer to the information when we have follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to improve even further. 

Disclosure to other companies or institutions 

Except for the parties required to provide the services mentioned above, we do not under any circumstances disclose your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless so required by law (e.g. if the police demand it in case of suspected crime). 

Statistics 

We keep statistics on the use of our business, however, this data is at all times anonymized. 

Our company includes social media buttons, which are used by the operators of these services to collect your personal data. 

Cookies 

Our company uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so you do not need to fill in the same information on the website every time. But they also allow us to see that you are revisiting us. 

You can disable the placement of cookies via your browser, however, this will cause some aspects about our company to no longer work properly. 

We have reached agreements with other companies that place cookies. Nevertheless, we do not have full control of what they themselves do with the cookies. We therefore recommend you to also read their privacy statements.

When our company changes, we obviously have to update the privacy statement as well. Therefore always please note the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to communicate changes to you.

You have the following rights: 

• Obtaining an explanation of the personal data held by us and what we do with it; 
• Access to the exact personal data held by us;
• Rectification of errors;
• Deletion of outdated personal data; 
• Transfer of personal data to another party; 
• Withdrawal of consent;
• Restrictions on a particular processing;
• Objecting to a particular use. 

Please make sure you always clearly indicate who you are, so that we can be sure we do not edit or delete data of the wrong person. 

We will in principle comply with your request within one month. However, this period may be extended for reasons related to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we extend this deadline, we will notify you in good time. 

Filing a complaint 

If you need to file a complaint about the use of your personal data, please send an email to info@lentala.com. We will address any complaint internally and communicate this with you. 

If you feel we are not helping you properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisor, which is called the Personal Data Authority.
